As part of RegTrac’s dynamic team, you’ll contribute to cosmetic product safety assessments, toxicological evaluations, and compliance with EU and USFDA frameworks, supporting innovation in MedTech and consumer products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct toxicological safety assessments for cosmetic and consumer products.
  • Review qualitative/quantitative formulations and raw material documentation.
  • Analyze data from stability studies, microbial testing, SPF evaluations, and challenge tests.
  • Prepare and author Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs), PIF, and other regulatory documents.
  • Assess toxicological profiles of ingredients and flag potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with EU Regulation 1223/2009, MoCRA regulations, and international frameworks.
  • Provide guidance on safety thresholds, exposure assessments, and formulation strategies.
  • Stay updated on toxicology research and evolving regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in toxicology, pharmacy, medicine, biochemistry, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs and toxicology.
  • Strong knowledge of toxicological testing methods and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in executing toxicological studies for product development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Inquisitive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional.
