Key Responsibilities

As a Real World Analyst I, you will:

  • Conduct advanced analysis and interpretation of complex datasets.
  • Optimize business processes, synthesize data insights, and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Apply automation and cutting-edge technology to streamline reporting.
  • Support business strategies using real-world data (RWD) and statistical analysis.
  • Develop predictive models to uncover healthcare and market trends.

  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, and SAS.
  • Partner with IT to strengthen data infrastructure and analytical pipelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Hands-on experience with RWD analysis, statistical modeling, and digital analytics.
  • Strong skills in Python, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification in analytics or BI tools is an added advantage.
