Cadila Pharmaceuticals is hiring experienced professionals for its R&D Packaging Development Department in Dholka, Gujarat. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 3–4 years of pharma packaging development experience to work on new product development (NPD), regulated market packaging, stability batches, MVTR studies, and export documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development (NPD) for Contract Manufacturing (CMO) and regulated markets.
- Revise existing packaging components based on Marketing, Regulatory, and Production requirements.
- Execute stability and exhibit batch packaging.
- Handle code generation and approval in MDM.
- Manage CMOF approval for export using SAP systems.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) for accurate costing.
- Conduct MVTR studies and transportation trials for export shipments.
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Packaging Technology, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in R&D Packaging Development.
- Knowledge of SAP, MDM, BOM creation, and packaging documentation.
- Understanding of regulated market packaging standards.
- Experience in MVTR, stability pack preparation, and transport trials.
