🔬 Key Responsibilities
As an R&D Lab Assistant, you will support end-to-end laboratory activities, including:
- Assisting in chemical synthesis under expert supervision
- Performing chemical testing, raw material analysis & standard lab procedures
- Supporting lab trials, experiments & product development activities
- Operating R&D lab instruments, machines & testing equipment
- Helping manage lab consumables, documentation & ISO/EHS compliance
- Following strict EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices
- Gaining multi-disciplinary exposure across Chemistry, Nanotech & Civil labs
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of lab experience is an advantage
- Strong interest in R&D, chemical testing, and hands-on laboratory work
- Good observation skills, discipline, and willingness to learn
- Understanding of lab safety and documentation standards
