We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Intern for our R&D-NPD (Personal Care/Cosmetics/Topical Pharma) team. This is a 3-month internship position based in Thane.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: M.Tech / M.Pharmacy in Cosmetic/Pharmacy stream, or B.Tech / PG Diploma with 3-6 months of relevant internship experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, formulation techniques, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of personal care, cosmetics, and pharmacy basics.
- Experience in NPD QC for FMCG, personal care, or cosmetic QC parameters.
- Ability to manage quality control and assurance in R&D.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product submissions and communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Define product characteristics, technical concepts, and ingredients composition.
- Set specifications for new, reformulated, or existing products for cost improvement.
- Prepare formulas for trial and commercial batches.
- Test and specify raw materials and finished products according to relevant standards.
- Prepare necessary documents for product registration.
- Conduct testing of R&D trial products, including stability and preservative efficacy testing.
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and guidelines.
- Document and control data relevant to all cosmetic products.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party companies for product development and innovation.
