Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager in Quality Control, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day QC laboratory operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and GMP standards
- Reviewing and approving analytical reports and documentation
- Supervising testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Handling audits and coordinating with QA teams
- Maintaining laboratory instruments and ensuring calibration schedules
- Training and mentoring QC team members
- Ensuring data integrity and adherence to SOPs
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- Strong knowledge of QC techniques and analytical instruments
- Experience in handling regulatory audits
- Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices
