Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with US insurance companies, nurses, and utilization management teams
- Read, analyze, and interpret clinical documentation and medical records
- Perform authorization creation as per payer requirements
- Ensure accurate data entry and quality notation
- Secure and verify patient health insurance information
- Work on internal and external web-based healthcare applications
- Adhere to SOPs, KPIs, and process targets
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and ensure non-disclosure of PHI
- Participate in ongoing process and performance training
- Adapt to process changes and support cross-functional healthcare workflows
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm (All Specializations)
- BPT, B.Sc (Life Sciences, Biology, Nursing, MLT, Medical, Home Science)
Skills Required
- Good analytical and comprehension skills
- Ability to understand clinical and medical terminology
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 night shift environment
- Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
Shift Timings
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
