The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for performing final quality checks before client submission.
1. Non-Linguistic Translation Quality Review
- Conduct final checks on life sciences translation deliverables
- Ensure adherence to client glossaries, reference materials, and instructions
- Review formatting and layout consistency
- Ensure no unresolved comments or track changes remain
2. Additional Deliverable QC Checks
- Verify translation certificates and data reports
- Ensure proper methodology and client information
- Confirm correct file naming conventions and file formats
3. Delivery Finalization
- Confirm that deliverables are complete and ready for submission
- Ensure successful uploads to client platforms
- Verify that all project scopes are included
4. Compliance Monitoring
- Evaluate previous production steps for compliance

5. Style & Standards Management
- Maintain internal QC checklists and style guides
- Ensure consistent documentation standards across projects

Qualifications and Skills
Required Skills
