Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Executive, you will:
- Perform chemical and analytical testing using HPLC, GC, ICP, GCMS.
- Interpret and analyze data based on customer requirements using Windows-based tools.
- Carry out method preparation, validation, instrument handling, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and in-process samples.
- Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, buffers, and maintain accurate records.
- Draft and maintain Quality Control SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/NABL standards 17025 and 17034.
- Follow GMP standards and laboratory safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. Chemistry with 5 years of experience, OR
- M.Sc. in Analytical / Inorganic Chemistry with 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Hands-on knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and chemical analysis.
