Job Description:
- Responsible for the instrumental analysis of method validation and study samples.
- Prepare and dispose of solutions and mobile phases.
- Handle, use, and dispose of bio samples.
- Conduct bio-analysis, including processing and instrument operation.
- Maintain instruments such as HPLC, U.V Spectrophotometer, Colorimetry, UPLC, Mass Spectrometer, and LC-MS/MS.
- Maintain chemicals, utensils, and related substances.
- Perform dissolution, assay, and residual solvents analysis.
- Support laboratory and equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Perform analytical testing to support the development process.
- Monitor reaction progress using standard methods and analytical techniques.
- Ensure workplace safety and enforce good laboratory practices.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Document reactions and research findings accurately in lab notebooks.
