Job Description
As an Executive – QC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to data integrity policies and ALCOA++ principles in all activities.
  • Following administrative policies, including personal hygiene, HR procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions or acts in the laboratory to supervisors or HOD-QC.
  • Maintaining laboratory instruments and ensuring they are clean and functional at all times.
  • Communicating abnormalities observed during analysis and escalating them to supervisors for resolution.
  • Actively participating in LIMS deployment, acting as a LIMS admin, and managing LIMS data, including master data creation and static maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma).
  • Proficiency in LIMS, EMPOWER, and LAB SOLUTION.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as UV, FTIR, KF, GC, and wet lab techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
