🧠 Key Responsibilities (Pharmacovigilance PMO)

1. Client Success Management

• Act as primary client liaison ensuring 99%+ quality index
• Build long-term client relationships in PV projects

2. PV Project Leadership

• Manage end-to-end pharmacovigilance projects
• Handle:
  • ICSR processing
  • Signal detection
  • Aggregate reporting

3. Strategic Project Oversight

• Develop project plans and execution strategies
• Track KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and timelines

4. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:
  • FDA
  • EMA
  • MHRA
• Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA during audits

5. Risk & Crisis Management

• Identify risks and escalate issues
• Apply analytical thinking for problem resolution

• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations & labeling
• Hands-on experience in:
  • ICSR lifecycle
  • Signal detection
  • Aggregate reports (PSUR, DSUR)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional PV teams
• Strong presentation and client-facing experience
