Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant – Vault Safety, you will:
- Support customers in implementing Vault Safety solutions.
- Lead gap analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and customer training.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Guide clients through workshops, integrations, and system migrations.
- Offer expertise in Argus/Aris data models during safety data migration.
- Ensure customer success throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in drug safety and pharmacovigilance.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and safety reporting systems.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries on safety datasets.
- Hands-on implementation experience with systems like Argus, Aris, Emperica, RxLogix, or homegrown safety tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer system validation (CSV) requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud solutions.
- Prior consulting or IT service delivery management exposure.
- Familiarity with global pharmacovigilance implementation programs.
