🔍 Key Responsibilities
As the Associate Manager – PV Case Processing, you will:
- Perform assessment, management, and submission of adverse event reports in compliance with global PV regulations.
- Validate and review data entry for accuracy and completeness against source documents.
- Identify process issues and escalate them to management proactively.
- Communicate with external stakeholders to obtain follow-up information when needed.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external case processing timelines.
- Stay updated on evolving global pharmacovigilance practices and regulations.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure data protection standards.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or Life Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacovigilance experience (case processing preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of medical terminology and clinical concepts.
