As a Proposal Coordinator at Labcorp, you will:

- Collaborate across multiple time zones and teams to support proposal and document preparation.
- Prepare standard client documents and pricing deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Perform data analytics and maintain accurate data in corporate systems.
- Support internal and external negotiations related to process, timelines, and pricing.
- Assist in management-facing activities and client meetings.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and content library updates.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks and proposals.
- Escalate issues or challenges promptly to the manager.
- Perform quality control checks on deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Science, or related).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in budgeting, contracts, or business support functions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with proposal management software (Salesforce, Qvidian, etc.) preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
