We are hiring a Project Technical Support – III for an ICMR-funded research project at the Department of Cancer Biology & Molecular Diagnostics, Cancer Institute (WIA), Chennai.
Key Details:
- Position: Project Technical Support – III
- Location: Chennai (with travel across India)
- Duration: 4 years (Contractual)
- Field: Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), preference for Oxford Nanopore experience
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Graduate degree + 3 years of experience OR Post-graduate degree in a relevant field
✅ Hands-on experience in NGS techniques
✅ Strong teamwork and coordination skills
✅ Willingness to travel for multicenter collaborations
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in lab experiments related to NGS and genomic research
- Coordinate with partner research centers
- Ensure protocol compliance and data accuracy
- Manage data collection and documentation
- Participate in review meetings and project discussions
