Responsibilities

As a Project Support Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical trial activities. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Trial Activities: Oversee and complete assigned trial tasks as per the task matrix, ensuring timely execution within budget and to high-quality standards.
  • Document Management: Perform reviews of department, internal, country, and investigator files, document findings, and follow up for resolution of issues.
  • System Support: Manage access requests and maintain audit-ready study-level documents in systems like CTMS, Oracle Activate, and eTMF. Present non-compliance issues to the study team and propose resolutions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process documents for CRG/Client eTMF, conduct reviews, coordinate issue resolution, and handle mass mailings or communications as needed.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule and organize client or internal meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Metrics and Trackers: Export and reconcile study metrics reports, analyze issues (if in a lead role), and maintain vendor trackers for accuracy.
  • Study Setup: Drive the compilation of Investigator Site File (ISF) templates and pharmacy binders, and support initial study setup by attending kick-off and project launch meetings.

Qualifications

To excel as a Project Support Coordinator, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications. A certificate in a technical field is a plus.
  • Experience: 0–4 years of relevant experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the role effectively.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., CTMS, eTMF), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with clinical research processes, regulatory compliance, and document management systems.
