Key Responsibilities
As a Project Support Analyst at Clario, you will:
- Support clinical trial workflows, ensuring compliance with GxP standards and study-specific protocols.
- Perform quality checks, redaction, and preparation of clinical source documents (images, videos, and PDFs).
- Facilitate translation and create DICOM image links when required.
- Issue queries and follow up with study sites to ensure timely resolution.
- Generate and distribute study closeout deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend project meetings.
- Provision user accounts for assigned clinical studies.
- Use specialized tools (e.g., SightHound, PDF redaction software) to ensure data integrity and patient privacy.
Required Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in clinical trials, healthcare, or related fields (1+ year preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify PII/PHI for redaction.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
