Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end event planning within the 1CRM portal (advisory boards, symposiums, consulting services, etc.).
- Coordinate event creation, approvals, and closure in compliance with Sanofi guidelines.
- Partner with business requestors and engagement teams to ensure all approvals and documentation are completed.
- Manage event communication, attendee data, and KPIs within 1CRM.
- Support process improvements and mentor new digital specialists.
- Maintain compliance with Sanofi’s transparency and ethical standards.

🔹 Position 2: Associate Project Specialist – Medical Communications
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 2–4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Support scientific writers in managing end-to-end medical communication deliverables (slide decks, manuscripts, posters, abstracts).
- Handle project timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with publication management tools such as iEnvision, PromoMats, and NAYA.
- Track budgets, manage external spend approvals, and maintain publication quality.
- Collaborate with global and local medical teams for project execution.
