Signant Health is hiring a Project Specialist – Operations for its Hyderabad, Telangana office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience or interest in clinical research, CRO operations, pharmaceutical project management, and life sciences operations.
The Project Specialist will play a critical role in supporting Associate Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers, ensuring smooth execution of project activities, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is ideal for graduates looking to build a long-term career in clinical operations, project coordination, and global project management (GPM) within a reputed healthcare technology organization.
Key Responsibilities – Project Specialist Operations Job
- Support successful execution of project activities as directed by APMs and Project Managers
- Take ownership of delegated project tasks across the project lifecycle
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation including:
- Meeting minutes
- Action item trackers
- Issue logs
- Risk management plans
- Coordinate internal and external project meetings
- Update project systems, dashboards, and status reports
- Escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner and support resolution
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and procedures
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Skills Required
