📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist – Medical Events, you will:

- Manage end-to-end medical events through the OneCRM events portal.
- Oversee event documentation, approvals, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders until event closure.
- Handle attendee registration and event data management.
- Provide KPIs, metrics reporting, and process improvement inputs.
- Mentor and train new specialists while updating training guidelines.
- Stay updated on CRM and PromoMat system enhancements.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
To qualify, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of event management experience (preferably in pharma/life sciences).
- Proficiency in MS Office & Veeva Vault.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial acumen with ability to manage project budgets.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
