Key Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist – Communications, you will:
- Develop and implement internal communication plans for global learning programs.
- Write, edit, and tailor content for newsletters, intranet, and internal magazines.
- Use storytelling to engage employees across global business units.
- Collaborate with creative teams on content layout, storyboarding, and design.
- Manage communications cycles such as post-webinar updates, gamification, and certificate completions.
- Ensure messaging consistency across departments and platforms.
- Support translations and manage weekly/bi-weekly updates to global colleagues.
Who Can Apply? (Qualifications)
Sanofi is seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Business Management from a reputed institution.
- Certifications in communication, media, or project management are an added advantage.
- Experience:
- 5–7 years in learning, pharma industry, or corporate communications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant internal communications experience.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication (English).
- Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work independently or in teams.
- Knowledge of project management and communication tools is preferred.
