• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive plans for the initiation, execution, and completion of clinical trials, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Protocol Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of study protocols, outlining the methodology, objectives, and criteria for participant selection.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinical trials adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in clinical trial project management, with a proven track record of managing clinical trials from initiation to completion.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
