Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist at Syneos Health, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating clinical projects and managing timelines to ensure milestones are met.
- Supporting project reporting, data management, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning and implementing clinical study strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, and data management).
- Standardizing procedures and ensuring consistency across clinical trials.
- Managing operational aspects of clinical trials, including site selection, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Monitoring project budgets and ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and country-specific regulations.
- Developing recruitment strategies, tracking enrollment progress, and addressing deviations proactively.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: High school diploma required; Associateโs or Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 – 3 years in clinical project management or related clinical research field.
- Certifications: Clinical Project Management certification and GCP certification preferred.
- Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Location Preference: Hyderabad and Gurgaon candidates preferred.
