Key Responsibilities
As a Project Management Associate at ZS, your responsibilities include:
- Updating project dashboards, metrics, SLA scorecards, and performance summaries.
- Managing PMO processes including project chartering, documentation, ticketing, reporting, and communication workflows.
- Maintaining project repositories, enabling version control, and ensuring governance compliance.
- Preparing weekly and ad-hoc project status reports.
- Coordinating with internal teams and client PMO stakeholders to resolve process and tool escalations.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments.
- Managing multiple program deliverables while prioritizing risks, issues, and dependencies.
Qualifications
To apply for this role, candidates must meet the following:
Required:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management or PMO environments.
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Preferred:
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Consulting, Finance, or Insurance sector.
- Certifications like:
✔ PMP
✔ Prince2
✔ Scrum/Agile - Familiarity with project KPIs, SLAs, utilization matrices, and governance frameworks.
