• Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end document review workflows on Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Coordinate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams to route materials for review and approval.
• Oversee submissions of promotional and non-promotional content for pharma clients.
• Ensure compliance with global pharma standards and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and client-side teams.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation within Veeva or MedComms platforms.
• Support content tagging, version control, and audit readiness.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare / Biotechnology.
• Mandatory: Experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats and/or MedComms platforms.
• Preferred:
  • Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) review background
  • Experience reviewing pharma promotional materials
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
