This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry who are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Study Lifecycle Support:
- Assist in planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of clinical studies.
- Manage database setup, study documentation, and equipment distribution/tracking.
- Prepare and distribute reports, ensuring proper archival of study documents.
- Coordinate Project Assurance meetings, compile minutes, and track action items.
Financial & Administrative Support:
- Assist with financial documentation updates due to scope changes.
- Support invoice reconciliation and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports for study forecasting activities.
Issue Management & Customer Support:
- Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution of customer escalations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and participate in meetings as needed.
Additional Duties:
- Ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Lead specific project tasks as assigned.
- Perform other related administrative and operational duties.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 1-3+ years in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Knowledge of the drug development process.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
