Hector Research & Archival Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Project Co-ordinator (PC) to strengthen its expanding clinical research operations team. This role is ideal for experienced clinical research professionals who have worked extensively at the site level and are ready to transition into a leadership and project coordination function.

Key Responsibilities – Project Co-ordinator (PC)
- Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities at site level to ensure protocol compliance
- Support end-to-end clinical research operations, including planning, execution, and tracking
- Act as a supervisory bridge between CRAs, site teams, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality metrics across assigned projects
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Identify operational risks and proactively support corrective and preventive actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for clinical research quality
Eligibility & Qualifications
To be considered for this Project Co-ordinator clinical research job in Nagpur, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 3–4 years of on-site CRA experience
- 4–5 years of total experience in clinical research operations
- Minimum 2 years in a project management or supervisory role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
- Strong commitment to advancing high-quality clinical research in India
- Willingness to relocate to Nagpur, if not currently based there
Salary & Benefits
- Estimated Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum (CTC), depending on experience
