Key Responsibilities
As a Project Associate, you will:
- Support project planning, execution, and progress tracking
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, development)
- Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and documentation
- Prepare weekly status summaries and maintain risk/issue logs
- Assist with client communication, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Support resource allocation and project prioritization
- Conduct quality checks before client deliverables
- Participate in process improvement and knowledge management initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree (Life Sciences, Business, Technology, or related)
- 1โ3 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet)
- High attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to AI, analytics, or digital marketing in healthcare/pharma
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones
