Key Responsibilities

As a Project Associate I, you will support project managers and project teams in all project-related functions:

• Maintain project documentation, files, databases, and tracking systems
• Coordinate project communication across teams and clients
• Support project planning and status reporting
• Prepare project finance reports, metrics, and presentations
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination for team/customer meetings
• Record meeting minutes, actions, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with cross-functional support teams
• Serve as a backup contact for internal stakeholders
• Perform project management activities assigned by Project Managers

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
