Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research projects.
- Maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables with proper documentation.
- Act as a central point of contact across management, BD, clinical operations, and HR.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory and company compliance in all project-related tasks.
- Handle admin tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and reports.
2. Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA – 1+ Year Experience)
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 1+ year in Clinical Research
Joiner: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist CRAs and RSU teams in updating and maintaining Trial Master File (TMF).
- Manage clinical trial documentation, CRFs, and data tracking.
- Prepare, file, and archive essential clinical documents as per SOPs.
- Act as a central communication contact for project teams.
- Support CRAs in clinical monitoring duties (post-training).
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
✅ Qualifications
- For Project Assistant: Pharma graduates (Freshers welcome).
- For CTA: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences or Pharma with 1+ year clinical research experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines (for CTA role).
