Available Positions & Requirements
The openings are primarily for Production and Packing departments at APL Health Care Limited Unit IV (work location: Naidupeta, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh).
Production – OSD (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling)
- Executive / Sr. Executive Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm Experience: 2-6 years in relevant OSD operations
- Technical Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant (TA / Sr. TA) Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree Experience: 2-8 years in granulation, compression, coating, or capsule filling
Production – Oral Liquid & Nasal Spray
- Executive / Sr. Executive Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm Experience: 2-6 years
- Technical Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree Experience: 2-8 years in oral liquid or nasal spray manufacturing
Packing – OSD (Blister, Bottle)
- Technical Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant Qualification: ITI / Diploma Experience: 2-8 years in OSD packing operations
Candidates should have hands-on experience in GMP-compliant environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to work in rotational shifts. Preference will be given to those with exposure to regulated markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment in granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, oral liquid, or packing areas
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards
- Handle documentation, batch manufacturing records, and in-process checks
- Troubleshoot machine issues and support continuous production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Salary & Benefits
Aurobindo Pharma offers competitive compensation packages based on experience and role level. Typical salary range for these positions in Andhra Pradesh pharma manufacturing units:
- Technical Assistant / Sr. TA: ₹2.5 – 5 LPA
- Executive / Sr. Executive: ₹4 – 8 LPA (or higher for experienced candidates)
