Current Openings – Production (OSD)
Department: Production Section: Granulation & Compression Positions: Operator and Officer Job Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed granulation equipment (RMG, FBG) and compression machines (bilayer & single-layer)
- Perform in-process checks, yield reconciliation, and line clearance activities
- Maintain batch manufacturing records as per cGMP and USFDA requirements
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation of equipment and area as per validated procedures
- Participate in qualification, validation, and audit-facing activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / B.Pharma
- Experience: 2–5 years in granulation or compression in a regulated OSD plant
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as Fette, Sejong, GEA, Glatt, or Cadmach will be preferred
- Good documentation skills and familiarity with electronic batch records is an advantage
- Candidates currently working in USFDA/MHRA/EU-approved plants will be given priority

- Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (depending on experience, current CTC, and interview performance)
