As a Product Safety Data Entry Specialist Intern, you will:

- Input clinical and non-clinical testing data (chemical characterization, in vitro, biocompatibility) into Excel.
- Review existing electronic files for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload testing records and associated documents into EtQ Workflow Management Tool.
- Collaborate with the Global Testing Program Manager and Digital Technology Team (DTS).
- Ensure high-quality data handling, traceability, and documentation standards.
- Support product safety and compliance workflows.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Master’s degree in:
- Toxicology
- Pharmacology
- Chemistry
- Life Sciences
- Strong computer literacy and experience with database systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Excellent accuracy, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clinical and non-clinical testing.
- Familiarity with Kimberly-Clark product categories (preferred).
