Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive market share and growth
- Plan and execute new product launches and line extensions
- Create effective promotional materials, visual aids, and sales tools
- Conduct sales force training and support field teams with product knowledge
- Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years in pharmaceutical product management or marketing
- Education: B.Pharm or Life Sciences (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Strong understanding of pharma branding, GTM strategy, and market analytics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
