Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Business Development
- Develop formulation propositions and specification sheets for nutraceutical products
- Support NPDI (New Product Development & Introduction) processes
- Prepare scientific presentations, comparison tables, and product marketing materials
- Assist the business development team with formulation and regulatory queries
New Product Development (NPD)
- Conduct technical research and feasibility studies for nutraceutical formulations
- Collaborate with R&D teams for product information and scientific validation
- Collect and analyze data to support product innovation and formulation development
Regulatory Compliance
- Review product artwork and validate scientific claims
- Ensure compliance with nutraceutical regulatory guidelines
Training & Knowledge Development
- Conduct monthly training sessions for internal teams
- Develop training PPTs, quizzes, and technical learning resources
Event & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events
- Manage vendor coordination, stall booking, and branding materials
Social Media & Scientific Content
- Provide content for brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
- Proofread and validate scientific accuracy of promotional materials
