🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Plant troubleshooting and process optimization in coordination with Production teams
- Investigation and closure of OOS/OOT, execution of DOE, and implementation of CAPA
- Development and implementation of salvage processes for non-conforming batches
- Preparation and submission of PDRs and technical reports to QA
- Active participation in Plant CFT meetings and providing technical inputs
- Conducting laboratory trials to resolve plant issues and sharing data with stakeholders
- Ensuring strong documentation practices in compliance with GLP, GMP, and cGMP
- Continuous training and self-development, including on-job safety and technical learning
🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required
- M.Sc in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Process Technology / Manufacturing / Technical Services
- Hands-on knowledge of GMP, cGMP, GLP guidelines
- Exposure to OOS/OOT investigations, DOE, CAPA, and documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
