๐ผ Key Responsibilities
- Process US healthcare claims and handle non-voice backend operations
- Ensure strict adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements) and TAT
- Interpret and resolve complex case scenarios in US healthcare workflows
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, and state mandates
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
- Support audit readiness and quality control processes
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when required
- Collaborate on process improvements and project execution
๐ Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) โ Mandatory
Experience:
- 0โ2 years in US Healthcare / Pharma Non-Voice processes

- Knowledge of US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ERISA, State Mandates)
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
- Understanding of claims processing & healthcare workflows
- Familiarity with ISO / ISMS standards
- Good MS Office and computer skills
- Effective English communication (written & verbal)
- Typing proficiency and attention to detail
