Key Responsibilities

As a Process Architect for Clinical Supply Chain Planning at BMS, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing clinical supply chain systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Global Process Owners: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business and user requirements for CASSA enhancements, system upgrades, and custom-built RPA solutions.
  • Translating Requirements: Act as a clinical supply chain planning expert, converting business needs into actionable design changes for IT partners.
  • Driving Solution Delivery: Work with software engineers to ensure seamless implementation of system solutions, aligning people, processes, technology, and data.
  • Exploring Technology Solutions: Partner with IT, Clinical Supply Chain, and Business Insights & Technology (BI&T) teams to identify cost-effective, sustainable tools.
  • Project Management: Actively participate in stakeholder meetings to drive timely project completion and manage a portfolio of support tickets, ensuring SLA-compliant resolutions.
  • Testing and Training: Support unit and integration testing, assist with user acceptance testing, and provide training on new system capabilities to business leads.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates should bring the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in RPA technology as an analyst, consultant, or end user.
  • Technical Expertise: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of analytics in clinical supply chain forecasting and planning processes.
  • Tool Implementation: Experience supporting or implementing custom-built tools for clinical supply chain management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, science, or a related discipline.
  • Skills:
    • Agile and critical thinking with a passion for innovation and learning.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate strategically and influence stakeholders.
