Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst – Medical Information, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational excellence by leveraging telephony technology and Medical Information Database reports. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing, advising, and implementing data reports for operational management teams.
- Maintaining telephony and database report dashboards.
- Generating regular reports for management on key metrics such as average handle time (talk time + ACW).
- Collaborating with global Client Services teams to meet client reporting requirements.
- Troubleshooting telephony and database issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Supporting administrative tasks, including generating and reconciling client metric reports.
- Ensuring compliance with Data Privacy regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- A degree or qualification in business analytics or a related field.
- At least 6 months of prior data analyst experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information skillfully.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A service-oriented mindset with exceptional customer service abilities.
- Experience in data platform creation and report generation.
