Key Responsibilities
As a PV Officer, Team Lead (ICSR Management), your core duties include:

- Leading and supervising the ICSR management team across assigned projects.
- Ensuring optimal task distribution and workflow efficiency.
- Acting as the primary contact for client communications related to ICSR activities.
- Managing and mentoring ICSR staff, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.
- Creating, monitoring, and optimizing project-specific KPIs and training programs.
- Handling ICSR deviations with Operational Lead support.
- Reviewing trackers, timesheets, and ensuring accuracy of case data.
- Performing case processing and 2nd QC reviews.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance (minimum 5+ years preferred).
- Proven line management and leadership experience in a PV setting.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in ICSR management systems and pharmacovigilance tools.
