Precision For Medicine, a global Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in precision medicine and advanced clinical research, is hiring Senior Clinical Data Associates for its Bangalore and Chennai locations. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity ideal for experienced Clinical Data Management (CDM) professionals with hands-on exposure to EDC systems such as Medidata Rave and Veeva Vault.
This role supports end-to-end clinical data management activities across the clinical trial lifecycle, from study start-up through post-database lock, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and study-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities โ Senior Clinical Data Associate (CDM)
- Support the Lead Data Manager as a backup or core team member, ensuring continuity and timely deliverables
- Perform CRF review, CRF specifications development, and stakeholder coordination
- Assist in clinical database build, testing, and UAT, including maintenance of controlled documentation
- Review and query clinical trial data as per the Data Management Plan (DMP)
- Conduct line listing reviews, patient and study-level metrics, and status reporting
- Perform medical coding to ensure medical logic and consistency
- Support AE/SAE reconciliation activities
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and EDC providers to meet timelines
- Create, review, version-control, and maintain data management documentation
- Train clinical research personnel on CRF, EDC, and study-specific processes
- Assist with SAS programming support and QC, where required
- Identify and troubleshoot operational data issues using metrics and audit findings
- Contribute to SOP development and process improvements within Data Management
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Applications, or related discipline
- Proven experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM) within a CRO or sponsor environment
- Strong hands-on experience with EDC systems (priority: Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault)
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial processes
- Experience with medical coding, data review, and database lock activities
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
