Job Description: R&D Dashboard Report Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Development: Create, develop, and maintain dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Smartsheet, Plai, ValueLens, etc.).
- Performance Metrics: Track operational progress, resource analytics, and KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
- Portfolio Management: Develop tools to monitor pipeline and non-pipeline projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather dashboard requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Data Quality Improvement: Enhance reporting standards and data accuracy across R&D functions.
- Training & Support: Provide training to stakeholders on analytics tools and reporting best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in R&D or Business Analytics.
- Hands-on expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, or Power Platform.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a global, matrix organization.
- Innovative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Languages: Proficiency in English.
