Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS) is hiring a Trainee – R&D (Analytical Chemistry) for its Chennai location. This role is ideal for an MSc Chemistry graduate looking to build a career in pharmaceutical research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform routine analysis daily, ensuring accurate and timely results.
✔ Provide analytical support to the synthetic lab under Senior Scientist guidance.
✔ Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, etc.) efficiently.
✔ Ensure timely calibration of analytical instruments as per SOPs.
✔ Strictly follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Safety Practices (GSP).
✔ Communicate promptly with the Senior Scientist/Manager regarding work updates.
✔ Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality lab operations.
Qualifications:
✅ MSc in Chemistry (Specialization in Analytical/General Chemistry preferred).
✅ Strong communication skills for effective technical reporting.
✅ Prior experience with HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or other analytical instruments is a plus.
