Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee in the R&D department, you will be involved in supporting laboratory and plant activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in execution of chemical reactions in the laboratory
- Maintaining accurate lab records and documentation
- Supporting scale-up activities in plant operations
- Interpreting analytical results with guidance from seniors
- Handling and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Ensuring calibration of lab instruments
- Following cGMP and GLP practices strictly
- Contributing ideas and supporting ongoing research projects

Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a synthesis lab (preferred)
