Job Role: Apprentice
As an Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting pharmaceutical development projects and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Management
- Assist in managing drug discovery and development projects
- Track timelines using tools like Smartsheets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Business Development Support
- Support RFI and RFQ submissions
- Help prepare proposals and cost estimates
- Track client requirements and project updates
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Assist in communication between internal teams and clients
- Support client meetings and presentations
- Share project progress updates
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project tracking files
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Ensure proper documentation for audits
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate procurement of materials
- Work with finance for invoicing and cost tracking
- Support end-to-end project execution
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Pharmacy
- Chemistry or related fields
Relevant Courses
