Roles and Responsibilities
As a Trainee in the R&D department, you will be responsible for supporting laboratory and project activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in executing chemical reactions in the laboratory
- Maintaining proper lab records and documentation
- Supporting scale-up activities in plant operations
- Interpreting analytical results with guidance from seniors
- Handling and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Ensuring calibration of lab instruments
- Following cGMP and GLP guidelines strictly

Required Qualifications
