Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day manufacturing and packing activities as per cGMP and schedule
- Perform in-process quality checks, sampling, and documentation (BMR, BPR)
- Handle IPQA, AQL, line clearance, and process validation activities
- Investigate deviations, OOS, OOT and implement effective CAPA
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP etc.)
- Operate equipment such as compression machines, capsule filling, blister packing, FFS, and HPLC/GC
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing (injectables, tablets, capsules, or ointments preferred)
- Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a must
