Available Positions
1. Executive – Technology Transfer
This role focuses on bridging laboratory innovations with commercial production, ensuring smooth scale-up and efficient technology absorption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale-up chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and plant scale
- Handle technology absorption from laboratory sources
- Prepare critical documents such as BED (Basic Engineering Design), PFD (Process Flow Diagram), and mass balance calculations
- Perform utility calculations and support process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful technology handover
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Tech / BE / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in process scale-up, technology transfer, or related areas
2. Production Supervisor – Kilo Lab / Pilot Plant
This position involves overseeing operations in kilo lab and pilot plant facilities, ensuring safe and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in kilo lab or pilot plant
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules
- Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues
- Coordinate with R&D and technology transfer teams for smooth execution
- Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- For B.Sc or Diploma holders: Minimum 5 years of experience
- For M.Sc in Chemistry: Minimum 2 years of experience
Salary and Benefits

- Executive – Technology Transfer: ₹8–15 Lakhs per annum
