Roles and Responsibilities
As an Executive in the Flow Chemistry Special Technology Department, you will:
- Design, develop, and optimize flow chemistry processes for agrochemical and pharmaceutical intermediates.
- Conduct experiments using continuous flow reactors to improve yield, safety, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process transfer from lab to pilot/production scale.
- Troubleshoot reaction issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to innovation in green chemistry and sustainable manufacturing practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education → M.Sc / PhD in Chemistry & B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (or related fields).
- Experience →
- B.Tech: 1 to 9 years in Flow Chemistry.
- PhD: 1 to 5 years.
- M.Sc: 1 to 12 years.
- Strong hands-on experience in Flow Chemistry within Agro Chemicals or Pharma industry is essential.
- Knowledge of continuous processing, reactor design, and analytical techniques preferred.
